Before booking a service, please take a moment to review my Terms and Agreement to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Your understanding and agreement to the terms are required to secure your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

At Renew by Spring, I place great importance on your appointment, which is specially reserved for you. I aim to respect both your time as well as mine, and I understand that sometimes changes to your schedule may be necessary. I kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed without prior notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.

Please understand that when appointments are canceled or missed without sufficient notice, I lose the chance to offer that time to other clients.

This helps me keep my schedule full and provide the best possible service to everyone.
